Eight Markets We Deliberately Focus On.

We work with builders and home service companies across the country. But we pay closest attention to eight markets in North Carolina and Texas, because knowing how a market actually behaves is worth more than claiming to cover all fifty states equally.

Why a shortlist

Nobody Understands Fifty States Equally Well.

Plenty of agencies list every city they can spell. We would rather be genuinely useful in a smaller number of markets.

Markets are not interchangeable. A custom builder in Austin is fighting a completely different battle than a production builder in Greensboro, and an HVAC company in Dallas has a service-area problem that barely exists in Waco. Click prices differ. Competitor budgets differ. How homeowners search differs.

So these eight pages are not the same page with the city name swapped. Each one explains what competing for search actually looks like there, and what we would do about it.

To be clear about what we are and are not: we do not have offices in these cities, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We have client work in Waco, a (919) 623-1248 number you can call, and a deliberate focus on these metros. Everything else on these pages is about how the market behaves, not about credentials we have not earned.

Schematic only: where RBM concentrates its market research. Not to scale, and not office locations.

Not in one of these markets?

We still work with builders and home service companies elsewhere, and campaigns are always built around the areas you actually serve. Call or text (919) 623-1248 and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Would rather just talk it through?

Call or text and you will get a straight answer about whether we can help — not a sales sequence.

Questions

Questions About How We Work by Market.

Do you only work with companies in these eight markets?

No. We work with home builders and home service companies across the United States. These eight get dedicated pages because they are where we concentrate our attention, our research, and our business development.

Do you have an office in these cities?

No, and we will not imply otherwise. We work remotely with clients in these markets. Our number is (919) 623-1248 and you can reach a person on it.

Why not a page for every city in North Carolina and Texas?

Because we could not write fifty useful ones. A location page earns its place when it tells a business owner something specific about competing in their market. If the only difference between two pages is the city name, the honest answer is that there should be one page, not two.

Does working with a company outside my market hurt me?

It is a fair question and the answer is that we do not take on two directly competing companies in the same market for the same service. If we are already working with a builder in your area, we will tell you rather than take the meeting.
